Smoked Salmon & Asparagus Wrap
Serves: 1
Ingredients
1 Mountain Bread Wrap, Oat
2 tsp creamed cottage cheese
5 asparagus spears, tinned/drained
120g smoked salmon
½ red capsicum, cut into thin strips
fresh or dried basil
ground black pepper
drizzle of fresh lemon juice
Instructions
1. Spread the wrap with the Cottage Cheese.
2. Top with the asparagus, salmon, capsicum and basil.
3. Season with freshly ground black pepper and drizzle of lemon juice.
4. Roll up the wrap and serve.
