As a [former] card carrying member of the Exercise Sucks Club, I was astounded to find I really enjoy my sessions with Rachel. Rachel makes exercise fun, setting realistic targets and providing the motivation [the sound effects are always a highlight!] to really stretch myself.
Rachel is extremely knowledgeable about health and fitness and shares information in a way that is relevant to me, making it easy to understand and apply to my lifestyle. I am fitter, more flexible, stronger and have more energy than I have had in years.
The fact that Rachel comes to me means I have no excuses not to exercise, and the half an hour sessions make it easy to fit into my life. Rachel has really taken the time to get to know me and genuinely cares about helping me achieve my goals, totally going beyond what I would expect from a personal trainer.
Working with Rachel is the best thing I have done for my health.

I love training outdoors and because I’m so busy Rachel’s 30 minute workouts are perfect. I enjoy that the sessions are varied and tailored specifically for me.
I have previously trained with a Personal Trainer for one hour long sessions and the workout I get with Rachel is much more rounded as we work on cardio, strength and core. With my previous one hour sessions the majority of the time was spent running and I started to dread them.
Rachel always encourages and motivates me and her positive attitude is infectious. I absolutely look forward to my sessions each week, we work hard but it’s fun and we have a laugh along the way.
Most of all training with Rachel has given me a new love of fitness, I’m not planning on running a marathon or anything like that but I feel fantastic and my training sessions are not something I’ll just do for six weeks or so and then go back to “normal”, this is now part of my life.
In 4 weeks I’ve lost 3 kg’s and with a starting weight of 65kgs I’m pretty happy with that, I’ve also toned up all over and I know I’ve lost cm’s because clothes that were tight a few weeks ago are now roomy!
I also have so much more energy.
Rachel’s training style gets results and is genuinely fun at the same time.

I loved my training sessions with Rachel. She encouraged me to push myself, work hard, while having fun. I would wake the next day, knowing that I had had a great workout which felt good.
Rachel is different to other PTs I know – she takes her time, wants to hear what you want to achieve as well as point out what she believes you need to work on. Rachel wants to know her clients, wants to know what affects them inside and outside the training circle which meant a lot to me in my case. She is extremely easy to talk to and train with which is key. It’s not just about the training, it’s personal as well.
The first time I met Rachel she wanted to take a photo of me which I thought a before and after photo, what a great idea. I wasn’t aware she would spend time studying my posture comparing it to how it should be then working on specific movements to help correct it. Exercises I was never aware of. She was able to show me what to work on in the sessions as well as in my own time. Rachel really cared about “fixing me” as I would call it.
She provided a nutrition plan based on my own personal needs. We ran through what foods I disliked (not much) and the next day I was given an easy program to follow which suited me and worked.
I would recommend Rachel to anyone who wants to achieve results, change their ways and enjoy doing it. It doesn’t have to be an effort and she has proven that to me. Thank you Rache !! Xx
